Yesterday we went to The Annenberg Space for Photography, caught the L8S ANG3LES: Perspectives of Eleven LA Photographers exhibit before it ends next weekend. The facility is a good, clean space. From the eleven photographers, I think Alec and I both agreed that Julius Shulman was our favorite, with his provocative Palm Springs series from the 1940's and on. Magnificently captured, beautiful and timeless. We're thinking about heading out next weekend to see his new film: Visual Acoustics: The Modernism of Julius Shulman premiering at the MoCA. Care to join?
We will definitely go back to the Annenberg Space for their upcoming POYi exhibit sometime next month. Have a great Saturday!!
