Nice B&W treatment that seems to bring out texture in this composition.

I have too many things and people to list as inspirations, but among flora and fauna I have always felt a strong affinity with coleuses. Their colors suggest autumn year-round as well as the patterns of dresses favored by my paternal grandmother.

I love the greenly greyness of yucca leaves in your photo. Really catches the subdued texture but sharp edge at the same time.

Instrumental music inspires me. No voices or lyrics to get in the way of allowing my imagination to work or to block my concentration when working on a project.

Inspires me to do what? It depends on what needs inspiration I suppose.
I sometimes channel my 'strong characters', people I knew/know or people from books who are 'strong' and inspire me to do more, go one etc.
